  • "Allow me to describe just how "Incredible" my experience was with Harley Davidson of Bloomington, IN. I recently put my bike into to service to have the new HD 120R engine installed into my bike. Let me state that this was not a fast decision to do so in any way & my experience all started with Chad Axsom in parts. Many days, hours & visits were involved with Chad in parts simply taking the time to go over every little detail with me(many times over)over what it would entail to make this swap. We would look at parts & options & selections till my head hurt. Chad had no problem escalating my questions to Rich Nance the service manager or Zack in Service when necessary. Each time I entered the store to talk about the possibilities, these gentlemen were as excited to help me as if it were their own Harley that was getting the upgrades. When the decision was made to move forward with the job, these guys really threw this into an all new prospective & experience. I have never experienced such an amazing group of individuals working together to see that I received absolutely the very best in treatment.

    They even came to my home, picked up the bike for the job to be done in an enclosed trailer & then brought it back to my front door the day it was finished.

    B.J. the tech is simply an artist in what he does. Not one minute of time or detail was spared during the engine replacement. The service manager, Rowdy never failed to make sure that I was receiving the perfect amount of understanding & treatment. I was even allowed to view the bike through a window while B.J. put it on the Dyno machine for the 1st time.

    Rich Nance & Chad in parts made sure that I received the very best in pricing to make sure that they were more then competitive & as a result allowed this to fit my budget.

    The buzz I felt during the entire week long process was unbelievable. The General Manager, Jim Markland, the entire sales force, the parts department, the whole service department, the gorgeous ladies in clothing & yes even the owners, Jeff & Carol Stevens made themselves available to share in the excitement of this new 120R engine install. To be honest with you, the buzz of it all was so exciting that I really hated to see it end. I can literally say that I don't ever remember spending that much money & having so much fun at the same time.

    Folks, if you're thinking about going somewhere else to purchase a new or pre-owned Harley Davidson or having someone else do the work on your bike for service, I would tell you that you are making a huge mistake. Trust me when I say that it doesn't get any better then the team at Harley Davidson of Bloomington.

  • "I had been looking for a Tri Glide for sometime now. I had searched from Milwaukee,WI to Orlando, FL. Then the first part of March I found an 09 Tri Glide Ultra Classic on their web sight. I called and talked to Kent in sales. I was out of town the whole month so we stayed in touch via email & phone until I could make it in.

    Finally on the last day of March I made it in to see the bike. Put some $$$ down on it to hold it for 30 days. My wife and I came in the end of April to pick up my new used trike. The previous owner just so happened to be there. He came in for his 1000 mile service. Found out his buddy bought it new in 09 and that he owned it for the last 2 or 3 years. It looks brand new with only 15,152 miles and tons and I mean tons of extras on it. There is almost nothing for me to add onto it.

    Thanks again to my salesmen Kent and the entire staff at the dealership they made my purchase an easy one. This will make my retirement a lot more fun now!!!"

I came in knowing I was going to ride home on a bike that day and with the help from the staff, they made that dream come true. Since we have purchased our Harley we have been to the shop a few times to buy some items ( clothing & accessories ) and the staff remembers us as if we are family.
